Based in New York City, I bring a bold, human-centered perspective to every engagement. I hold a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and an MSc from the Erasmus Mundus Service Design Strategy and Innovation program.

My practice blends craft and innovation with empathetic storytelling, user research, and systems thinking to create adaptable, purpose-driven identities, services, and communications.

Identifying meaningful opportunities, simplify complex problems into clear user experiences, and develop durable solutions that resonate with people and scale for impact.

Currently recognized by and affiliated with organizations such as SD Challenge, IDSA, NYC Opportunity, Information is Beautiful, the Service Design Network, and art therapy initiatives. I treat design as an ongoing, reflective practice and contribute to discussions on sustainability, care, and the future of service systems.
